This summit is meant to bring together two perspectives – employee and employer – to grapple with the challenges on both sides of navigating employee needs and workplace flexibility. It is an opportunity for principals and staff to acquire a shared understanding and best practices that ensures the personal and professional success of employees, and the overall success and growth of their organizations.
