We are seeking Architects and AIA members to volunteer for a community charrette, specifically to facilitate small breakout groups during the event. With an anticipated attendance of 100–150 people, the goal is to collaboratively develop 1–2 potential layouts for the new neighborhood, including lot placements, roads, trails, and green spaces. The final designs will be presented for adoption by the Town through a public vote.
