Dear AIAVT Members and Friends,
As we enter a new year, I am reminded of the old adage, “The only constant in life is change.”
The past two years have certainly brought changes to our profession and to our communities. While many of us have grown accustomed to the “new normal” of living with Covid, there are still plenty of challenges we are facing associated with the pandemic. Supply chain disruptions are affecting project schedules and budgets. Labor shortages are impacting construction crews. And Covid outbreaks continue to threaten the continuity of day-to-day
