City Hall Park Kiosk Design Build Competition

We are requesting that RFP respondents submit a conceptual design for the City Hall Park Kiosk along with an anticipated schedule and budget for completing the design, fabrication and delivery of the Kiosk to City Hall Park.

CEDO, in collaboration with multiple city departments including, Burlington Parks, Recreation & Waterfront, Business & Workforce Development, Burlington City Arts and Department of Public Works, is requesting innovative proposals from qualified design/build firms or teams for the design, fabrication and delivery of a food and beverage kiosk in City Hall Park kiosk in City Hall Park that will be able to accommodate a range of uses, including food, beverage and retail services. The City will be responsible for ensuring water, wastewater and electrical hookups are available on the site in coordination with the selected contractor.
